Bush Babies: Checked this morning and it appears half of the island was lost in the flood, along with the cache. There's debris six feet up in the trees. It was a good run.

A nice stroll along the Meander River
Take a hike along the Meander River just outside Smiley's Provincial Park.Cache is located on a small island in the river. Very easy to access when the water is low but may be a problem after heavy rain in the spring and fall.We were camping in the park and doing cache maintenance on our other cache nearby and decided this trail needed another. Not our usual style of hide. This small camo vitamin bottle contains a log sheet and pencil.
