Die Pfarrkirche zum Hl. Josef zählt zu den schönsten und modernsten Kirchen im Alpenraum und ist ein Beispiel zeitgemäßer Architektur. Die Kirche ist nach den Plänen des bekannten Architekten Dr. Willy Gutweniger in den Jahren 1966 bis 1971 erbaut worden. Sie ist ein gelungener Versuch, Altes mit Neuem zu verbinden. Es ist wichtig, dass sich der Besucher genügend Zeit nimmt, um in die reichhaltige Symbolsprache dieses Gotteshauses eindringen zu können. Die Einweihung dieser Kirche erfolgte am 13. März 1977 durch den damaligen Diözesanbischof Dr. Josef Gargitter. Jeden Sonntag um 10.00 Uhr findet die hl. Messe statt.

La Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giuseppe è una delle chiese più belle e moderne delle Alpi ed è un esempio di architettura contemporanea. La chiesa è stata eretta dal 1966 al 1971 su progetto del famoso architetto Dr. Willy Gutweniger. Ѐ un tentativo molto ben riuscito di coniugare l'antico con il nuovo. Il complesso architettonico ricorda una grande casa colonica, con diversi fabbricati annessi: il vano principale è la navata con il campanile. Antistanti ad esso si trovano il battistero, la torre d’ingresso ed il vano penitenziale. Tutta la costruzione vuole esprimere: Dio abita in mezzo a noi. Si consiglia di prendersi tempo a sufficienza per riuscire a penetrare i segreti del linguaggio simbolico di questa chiesa. La Chiesa Parrocchiale è stata consacrata e aperta ufficialmente al culto il 13 marzo 1977 dall’allora Vescovo Diocesano, il dott. Josef Gargitter. La Santa Messa si tiene ogni domenica alle 09.00.

The San Giuseppe Parish Church is one of the most beautiful and modern churches in the Alps and is a fine example of contemporary architecture. Designed by the famous architect Dr. Willy Gutweniger, the church was built from 1966 to 1971, successfully combining elements of old and new. It is recommended that visitors allow sufficient time to comprehend the hidden meanings of the church’s unique symbolism. The parish church was blessed and officially opened for worship on 13 March 1977 by the Bishop of the local dioceses at the time, Dr. Josef Gargitter.
