Curds and Whey Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Pezdude: Thank you for all of the love and support from the Geocaching community. This was one of my very first hides, and I loved the process of hiding the container, creating the puzzle, and reading through the surprise encounters as players discovered it.

I’ve moved states a few years ago, and it has become harder for my local contacts to keep an eye on the cache. Sadly, this means that we have reached a point where it is best to retire this cache. Better to retire it while the cache is in its prime and not when it’s destroyed, disappears, etc.

Thanks again for all the stories!

Cache on!

Geocache Description:

The listed coordinates are bogus! Do not go to this location! To find the real coordinates, you must solve the puzzle below. Please BYOP.

Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet

Eating her curds and whey,

When along came a spider,

Who sat down beside her

And frightened Miss Muffet away!

The true coordinates are:

N 29° 00. __ 9 __

W 082° 27. __ __ 9

However, the tricky spider won't tell you the missing numbers until you help him construct his web and catch a few flies for lunch!

Instructions:

1.) Connect corresponding letters and numbers with their matching partner; (1 to 1, 2 to 2, A to A, B to B, etc.)

2.) If a letter or number is circled, multiple lines will start from that circle. For example: The two un-circled ‘D’s will connect to the circled D.

3.) Once the web has been completed; color in the spaces with a fly in them. A fly will represent only one filled space. If a fly overlaps multiple spaces, fill in the space where the majority of the fly is located.

**We highly recommended using a computer photo editor or printing out the puzzle and using a straightedge to make sure your lines are accurate!**
