Burnswark is a Magical and very special place. Looking like some primeval ark sailing across the landscape.
It has a hillfort, an ancient cairn, a Roman fort and a Fairy Craig apon it showing its importance to our ancient ancestors.
This is a simple drive by cache and dash placed adjacent to a forestry road end.
The cache is a plastic container with log and pencil with room for a few small swaps or trackables.
Please replace it exactly as you found it.
Although this is a quiet rural road please beware of the odd passing vehicle especially with regard to pets and children and please treat our countryside with the respect it deserves.
