We stopped here, because we saw a sign that said that this place wasn't on base and was indeed available to the public. We dropped the cache and didn't stop in. Cache rated as a 2.5 difficulty, because stealth and ingenuity in grabbing this cache without muggles seeing you will be difficult indeed. Good luck and may the force be with you.
