Grób ten powstał w miejscu, w którym (najprawdopodobniej) w 1944 zginał od kuli snajpera Siergej Michaiłowicz Biełustin (Сергей Михайлович Белycтин) - sowiecki żołnierz. Został on tam też pochowany.
W 1967 roku odsłonięto ten pomnik i miejscowej Szkole Podstawowej w miejscowości Jakać Dworna nadano imię zmarłego sowieckiego żołnierza. Na uroczystościach odsłonięcia pomnika obecna była rodzina zmarłego żołnierza - siostra z mężem i dziećmi.
Na pomniku znajduje się też data 1917. Czyżby byli pochowani tu też żołnierze rosyjscy z I wojny światowej? Czy był to pretekst?
Po drugiej stronie wsi znajdziemy nieukończone bunkry sowieckiej Linii Mołotowa - Punkt oporu Jakać. Miejsce nie wymieniane w przewodnikach i nieoznakowane.
Pomysł likwidacji pomnika nie był nowy. Pamięć o byciu częścią ZSRR mieszkańcy wspominają różnie. W 2009 roku została opublikowana lista WYKAZ OBIEKTÓW UPAMIĘTNIAJĄCYCH ŻOŁNIERZY I PARTYZANTÓW SOWIECKICH NA TERENIE POLSKI STAN NA 2009 ROK i miejsce to opisane jest jako:

Stan zły - wniosek o likwidację
Jak widać wniosek o likwidację wypełniono. Niszczony pomnik został rozebrany w 2018, a jedyną pamiątką po nim są zdjęcia i ten kesz.

This tomb was built in the place where (most likely) in 1944, was killed by a sniper bullet Siergej Biełustin Mikhailovich (Сергей Михайлович Белycтин) - Soviet soldier. He was also buried there.
In 1967, the monument here was unveiled and the local primary school in the village of Jakać Dworna was named after the Soviet soldier. At the ceremony of unveiling the monument was present the family of the deceased soldier - sister with her husband and children.
On the monument is also the date of 1917. Could there also were buried Russian soldiers from World War I?
On the other side of the village you will find unfinished Soviet bunkers of the Molotov Line - resistance Point Jakać.
The idea of removing the monument was not new. The memory of being part of the USSR is remembered by local residents differently. In 2009 a list was published LIST OF OBJECTS COMMEMORATING SOVIET SOLDIERS AND PARTISANTS IN POLAND, STATE FOR 2009 and this place is described as:

Bad condition - application for liquidation
As you can see, the application for liquidation has been completed. The destroyed monument was demolished in 2018, and the only reminder of it are this photos and the cache.
