AMIGOS: (II) JULGARSEG Y EL JARDINERO DEL CAMPING
Todos tenemos compañeros geocachers que han significado un referente en nuestra forma de entender y practicar el Geocaching. Se trata de una actividad que permite multiples formas de ser vivida.
Cuando mi amigo Antonio (AGBC222) durante un viaje a Madrid me dijo: "ven, que voy a enseñarte algo que te va a encantar", no imaginaba que mi primer contacto con el mundo del geocaching me iba a impactar tanto. Con él descubrí varios de los caches de su hermano MIGARSEG en Madrid. Fué tal el impacto que en mí causaron, me maravillaron de tal forma que quedé irremediablemente atrapado por la magia del Geocaching.
Y de vuelta a casa, descubrí que en mi zona, en Torrevieja había unos cuantos cachés firmados por JULGARSEG. No me lo podía creer!!. Tan cerca!!. Desde ese momento me quedé absolutamente atrapado por la magia del geocaching, de los increibles trabajos de compañeros como JULGARSEG. Y ha sido gracias a ellos por los que esta loca afición forma ya parte de mi vida para siempre.
JULGARSEG, cuyo nombre real es Julián, es un verdadero maestro de un tipo muy especial de cachés, los cachés que todo el mundo puede ver pero que solo los que conocemos el juego somos capaces de interpretar. Eso los hace únicos, no he visto otros de este estilo. Sus creaciones totalmente artesanales, de las series ATRACO A LA CAJA DE UN BANCO, JARDINEROS O BARRENDEROS, son ampliamente conocidas y valoradas por todos nosotros.
Pero si JULIAN es grande como geocachers, mucho mas lo es como persona. Puedo decir con orgullo que me honro con su amistad y que hemos compartido estupendas charlas en compañia de otros grandes compañeros, en las que da gusto oirle hablar apasionadamente de todo lo que ha ido haciendo a lo largo de los años dedicado a este loco hobby.
Estaba por tanto en deuda con él y por eso y por todo lo que ha influido en mi amor por el geocaching, sirva este pequeño homenaje como reconocimiento y admiración.
Everyone fellow geocachers have meant a landmark in our understanding and practice Geocaching. It is an activity that allows multiple ways of living. When my friend Antonio (AGBC222) during a trip to Madrid he said: "Come, I'll show you something you'll love" never imagined that my first contact with the world of geocaching was going to hit me so much. With him I discovered several caches of his brother MIGARSEG in Madrid. Such was the impact that caused me, I was so amazed that I was hopelessly trapped by the magic of Geocaching.
And back home, I found that in my area, in Torrevieja had a few caches signed by JULGARSEG. I could not believe it !!. So close !!. From that moment I was absolutely caught by the magic of geocaching, the incredible work companions as JULGARSEG. And it was thanks to them for those crazy fans and part of my life forever.
JULGARSEG, whose real name is Julian, is a true master of a very special kind of caches, the caches that everyone can see but only those who know the game are able to interpret. That makes them unique, I have seen others of this style. Its completely handmade creations of robbery CASE OF A BANK, gardeners or SWEEPERS series, are widely known and appreciated by us all.
But if JULIAN is great as geocachers, it is much more as a person. I can proudly say that I am honored by his friendship and we shared great chats in the company of other major partners, in which it is pleasant to hear him talk passionately of all that has been done over the years dedicated to this crazy hobby.
I was therefore indebted to him and for that and for everything that has influenced my love geocaching, serve this small tribute in recognition and admiration.
