This agreement made the 26th day of April 1920

By J L White and wife Mary L White

and the people at and near friends Church at Up River.

The said J L White and wife for the love they bear to the said community

and their friends give for the purpose of burying their dead a certain tract of land. 

The said community are to keep the burial ground in good repair.

 

Given by the family of John L White, his first

wife Lydia L and his second wife Mary E.,

Jun 25 1966.
