They have discovered through neighborhood exploration that this spot offers a stunning view of the city. EDIT 2/3/20: We found a replacement cache here despite the original container being safe and sound all along. This is NOT a lamp post cache - it's tricker than that! Please don't replace without contacting the cache owner first. Cache is magnetic.
