Geocache Description:

Harney County Chamber of commerce.  Just a nice place to get all the travel information you need for Harney County. 

Just hanging in the tree. Bring your own pen and may need a tweezers. Congratulations to elkjim on first to find. There have been a few no finds, but I checked on it on 7/1/16 and still hanging there waiting for you all to find.
