Geocache Description:

This is the end of Ohio Route 269. Just a small parking area so try to leave room for others. The area beyond the fence and cable gate is part of East Harbor State Park but is NOT open to the public. However there is a trail leading left from the gate past two private homes that will take you between West and Middle Harbors to the Lake Erie beach and the "new" West Harbor channel - and more caches.

NOTE: PLEASE AVOID THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN FRONT OF THE PRIVATE PROPERTY. THE CACHE ISN'T THERE.
