This cache was placed by the members of troop 6017 out of Elba NY during summer camp in 2015. It should be an easy find for most and is intended to bring people into the camp so that others may enjoy the area. A person in a wheel chair should be able to find this but I am putting it as a 1.5 just in case they can't reach from their position. You may move items from the base to look around them but please do not take apart the base to find this cache.
