This spot reminds me of a game we played growing up. Travelling from inland WA towards the coast, we would scan the horizon, excitedly waiting for the crest of the final hill. The moment the distant ocean was spotted we would shout out in unison "First to see the sea!"
Of course this was followed by arguments as to who said 'it' first.
Access to this cache is via a rough track that has an old sign suggesting 4WD only. The cache is less than 100m from this sign. If you decide to go further and experience the deserted coastline and maybe hunt for Squash2's Lovely Lucy cache, you will find that the track is quite rocky and rough in places. It is easily passable in a 2WD if you pick your path and take it slow and, well worth the extra effort.
