Watch for walking and drive by muggles. Also, be stealthy because across the street there are windows with people looking out. pretend your tying your shoe or something. Just don't be to obvious or someone could easily come take it. Replace it carefully. update- had to move it down the road a bit due to a jillion muggles hanging around in that specific area. It made grabbing it almost impossible.
