The carriage road trail meets the hurricane trail here. It continues on to the top of Moosilaukee and the Hurricane Trail goes over the Hurricane Mtn ridge to the AT. Carriage Trail to this point (1.5 miles from Breezy Point parking area) is not steep or very rugged but is usually wet.
