On July 18th, 2015, Dauphin , MB hosted the WestCan5 Geocaching Mega Event. The local cachers put in a whole lot of effort to make a week’s worth of geocaching events a terrific experience for those that attended. Thank you Dauphin geocachers! As part of the closing ceremony ritual, the ceremonial ammo can was passed to the Lakeland Geocachers to be hidden in their area prior to next year’s event.
Next year’s WestCan6 event will be held July 9th, 2016 in Cold Lake, AB. For more info, check the event cache listing at GC5ZFA4.
