There are a shortage of 5 rated caches in the area, I thought I would add one.
No need to be Lee! to figure this one out.
Use your mind and be willing to think outside the (normal) tool box.
I rate it a 5 because you will have to travel a bit to/ from locations and the tools are not obvious.
Also because the final camouflage might be considered evil by some.
We use tools all of the time. I have a garage full of them.
Some of them I use often, others not so often.
Tools are curious things.
Some of them have obvious uses.
Some of them are specialty items with limited purpose.
They might be something like a hammer, a screwdriver, a light or a ladder.
To me, a tool is anything that I have at hand at the time I need it to complete the task.
( A water bottle, a string with chewed gum, a road guard vest(for curious muggles), a pair of tweezers, you get the idea).
As geocachers we sometimes need to fashion tools in the field with a specific purpose in mind with no intent to ever use them again. You may find yourself in this exact situation retrieving the final if you have short fingers.
Please have fun with this one and do not give up quickly.
