Why not suck this Traditional Cache

In honor of the former cache that was in this location 'why don't you suck on this' I have placed another in this place.  You may think that you've been here before and you may be just right but you haven't been to this exact location unless it took you a while to search for the original cache.  Vertically challenged people may need some help with this one.  Please be respectful of the residents.
