Yes! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Reviewer Revan: Cache Owner (CO) has not responded, so I am regretfully archiving this cache to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking new cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace this cache sometime in the future (not to exceed 10 days from the date of this entry), just contact me (by e-mail), and assuming it still meets the current Guidelines, I will consider unarchiving this cache.

Please be advised this is not a guarantee that this geocache will be unarchived. Many factors will go into my decision. The most important of which is how you responded to geocachers who tried to communicate with you regarding the problem(s) with this geocache hide and how you communicated with me, the Reviewer Revan.

Geocache Description:

This is trail is part of my jogging trail. Mr. LL and I have a loop of 4.57 miles through the nieghborhood and the park. We are regular runners and love this route. GZ is a paticularly special place as a major event happened just feet from the geocache. He asked a question and I gave him a positive answer. I'm placing this now, because it has been five years since then.

There are two ways two enter this trail, and either way you enter there will be a nearby bridge. Approach it quietly and you can spot turtles from either bridge. GZ is handicap accessible, but the container isn't. Tree climbing may will depend on if you need to or not. It wasn't necessary for me, personally, but everyone is different. Some people take different routes to the actual location of each geocache. FTF will have instructions on their prize (gift card to World Blend Coffee Shop).  Please don't post spoilers and replace in exact spot. I studied two trees with the geokids to find the perfect spot. It took some work on our part, but I think I found the perfect place. You must sign log to get credit. Watch out for muggles, due to the limited visibility around the corners, they can sneak up on you quickly! After rain storms this area does flood. If the trail is closed, don't attempt. I have also seen wildlife on this trail.....horses, dogs, squirrels, turtles, birds, foxes, snakes, and have heard rumor of coyotes and skunks. Since this is my jogging trail, I do visit often. I may change the difficulty if too many have trouble. Coordinates should be correct, we checked with two difference devices and checked with Google. Happy caching!!

This is part of Fort Worth's City Park System. Open from Dusk to Dawn.
