Geocache Description:

Another fun cache in our series. Good luck !

This bluestone underpass is quite historic to the area. For as long as I can remember (& I'm 34 yrs old) this has been in its original condition, until last year where it was re-vamped and upgraded with a pedestrian walkway and better drainage so it doesn't flood anymore. When we were kids our parents would drive through this bumpy, uneven, jaggered, bluestone road and we would LOVE it, even more so when it was flooded and the water would splash on the side of the car. One time our car got stuck there, it was fun for us, not so much for our parents 😊

Nearby is the baseball stadium and soccer/tennis/footy & cricket grounds, if you feel like being a little bit sporty you can bring along a soccer or football or cricket bat n ball and have a play. Geodogs are welcome on the grounds but please be responsible & pick up after them.

The cache is medium sized and hidden just off the pedestrian path. For safety it's best that an adult retrieve this one. Please keep an eye on your geokids as this is close to the road and during daily peak times the road is very busy. The path is fenced but still, please be careful.
