Geocache Description:

This cache was placed in memory of the two archived caches "GC146Y2 - Rock & Sand" and "GCKECD - THE SLIPPER BEYOND THE SPHINX (Wadi Nisah, Riyadh)". The wooden cache box was rescued from GC146Y2 four years after archiving and then placed near the original hiding of GCKECD which was muggled.

The cache is located in a beautiful long branch of wadi Nisah with many trees, steep cliffs and a lot of great caves, some of them with huge funnels, definitely worth a visit. The easiest way is entering the wadi via Hafirat Nisah and passing (and logging) the cache "GCF674 - THE ACROPOLIS". You might need to cross a quite long track of sand (2-3km). You can visit also the old hiding place of GCKECD at N 24° 11.056 E 046° 31.895 where you will now find a new slipper as memory.

To have more than only a memory here the original cache description of GCKECD:

For 4WD only, but not a difficult trip with a crossing of Wadi Nisah comprising about 200m of sand. The latter part of the journey is over rocky terrain. The cache is about a twenty minute walk from where you will leave your vehicle. The walk is very pleasant and you may wish to consider exploring the wadi further beyond the cache.

The Old Widow Hag of Kingdom had said “The Garden of Eden is the place to rest but do not enter with Sacred Ziploc of Riyadh for it will cause great offence and you cannot hide it upon your person for in this place of tranquillity everything is known”. I had travelled down Hidden Valley skirting around the Camelodia Warriors that I had come across. After crossing the sand of Wadi Nisah and passing under Sphinx Rock. I entered the large wadi leading to the Garden of Eden. After some time I dismounted and sheathing the Enchanted Sword of Scalim I proceeded on foot. Soon I reached a point just before the entrance to the Garden of Eden and there, sat upon a rock, was a charming, young nymph. I sat with her awhile and then she slipped down the rock and bade me to go with her. She had left her slippers where she sat and when I remarked on the fact she laughed saying that slippers are not required in the Garden and that she would leave them there. Recalling the wise words of the Widow Hag I placed the Sacred Ziploc of Riyadh in the slippers and feeling it unnecessary to hide them well I accompanied her up the Wadi and into the garden beyond...
