The Blue Hole is located a few miles up in the hills of Ocho Rios. Heading east on highway 3 from Ocho Rios make a right at Exchange Road following the signs to Wata Land but you will not go quite go that far. Slight left at the gas station you will meet up the hill. Fifteen minutes later look for a power station on the right and make the right turn. The Blue Hole location is near but the last 100 meters of road are not paved, therefore rough. If you choose to go visit the waterfalls, there is a 10 USD entry fee per person for the local guide who will guide you up there. You don't need a guide to enjoy the lower holes, however, as there is a path that leads you there near the site of the cache, hidden about 50 meters before reaching the pay parking lot.
This series of multiple falls on the White River is breathtaking and unlike the Dunn's River Falls on the west of Ocho Rios they aren't commercialized. The Blue Hole is public land but the local community is maintaining the parking lot and provide guides to help you enjoy the visit. BYOP
