Our cache it's just a very, very short rocky walk from the road (it's not even a hike, really, but you have to go on the rocks). Adults and kids can get to it, but no strollers. Look for the rocks that look look like a bulldog face!
This is a neat way to see a variety of the different types of rocks in the area. We love the tiger like colours on some of these rocks. We are seasonal cottagers, and the kids on our lane way are keen to see what gets exchanged! Especially since we know there are other geocaches farther along Narrows Lock Road.
Yes, there is poison ivy close to the cache, but there is a grassy section without any right close by to walk over/through - easy peasy :)
Our cache will be maintained May through September - please let us know if any issues are encountered in the winter!
(I have had some issues with Google Maps being accurate, but not when I enter the coordinates on geocaching.com, so I am including the Google Maps link: https://www.google.com/maps/place/44°46'46.4%22N+76°17'02.5%22W/@44.7794282,-76.2842141,17z?hl=en)
