Geocache Description:

Trestle Park located just  NW of Hartley, Iowa.  It was created by the owners of the land and open to the public. 


The Cache is a 2" camo painted buffalo tube hanging inside the trestle at the posted coordinates.  There is no need to do anything risky on the outside of the trestle. The cache  does have permission from the owners.   FTF will receive a Geocoin.

This little park is the next in my hidden park series from Illinois.  The trestle can be seen from many miles away but most do not realize it is a park.     It boasts a trestle, creek, and many buildings to see that were built by the owners.   Visitors are welcome to come and have a picnic and even spend the night.  

My dad Reywasmot  discovered Trestle Park when he found an old advert in a flee market many years ago for this place.  The advert has since gone missing and details lost. /span>
