Geocache Description:

The Shaw Hill Marsh is a beautiful 900 sq acre marsh/prairie land that has been designated as public hunting land by the DNR. Form "Geocache Placement Notification" has been completed and given to Wildlife Biologist for this area, Paul Samerdyke.

This cache is an evil monkey type cache. Monkeys are not prevalant in Wisconsin, however IF they were they would LOVE the view from this cache place. This beautiful large old tree sits at the highest elevation that gently overlooks the beautiful Shaw Hill Marsh. This cache will bring you back to your younger days of agility and daring. The view is worth it. Now that being said, if you aren't daring and have a good ladder, no need for climbing like a monkey. You have monkey tendancies?  There is a hard way to climb this tree. There is also an easy way. You find the way you prefer. Use good judgement based on your personal physical ability. Remember you are welcome to bring props should you be vertically challenged or not digging the Evil Monkey's ways. Be sure to secure the cache as you found it as to keep it safe from the elements and as to not harm the growth of the tree. Enjoy!!
