Picnic, BBQ, Games and a Garden Mini Treasure Hunt (Geocache themed)
After the succesful event last month, we are holding this years second gathering, in our East Street garden. This is intended as a Geocaching community event, to which all cachers are welcome, especially those who missed the last one in July.
The facilities will still be here such as free soft drinks, snacks and available BBQ equipment. Please bring along what you wish to eat and drink. The tent will be up should the weather turn iffy and we are guaranteed a warm fire later. There will be games available for the kids (and adults should they be young at heart). Playing cards late at night is becoming mandatory, just as is one of Lin's quizzes. You should have no reason not to come come along, to eat, talk, listen to music and socialize.
The event will start at 16.00 hours which will give people who have to work (or find caches) a chance to come later. It will finish at 22.00 hrs. Dogs under strict control welcome. Overnight camping if required.
