The area is frequently flooded therefore the buildings in this area stand on stilts. This also means the cache should not be approached when the Danube is in flood.
The "Wiener Forstamt" placed this hut outside the Vienna borders in a scenic loation on the side of the Danube. The title will become clear as soon as you visit the place.
