Good Morning Wood Traditional Cache

This cache is in the south end of Alva, an area known for its pastoral setting and rural lifestyle. The people here tend to stay as true to nature as possible. This is on a little-travelled road near a conservation 20/20 tract.

This is on a little-travelled road near a conservation 20/20 tract. Be careful driving in--the surface of the road could be described as "lunar" in appearance. Be particularly cautious if you are in a passenger car, as you may find a pothole large enough to swallow your vehicle. You can park on the roadside, just be sure to be out of the way since some of the more rambunctious locals are known to ride their jacked-up pickups or ATVs with a little more abandon than they probably should! For once, there should be no issue with gators or hogs, but there may be snakes and insects of all sorts out there. You will be on the road side of the fence, NOT in the 20/20 preserve. The cache is in plain view if you look. You will not have to dig through anything unpleasant.

For an experienced Geocacher, this will be a fairly quick pickup. For newbies, it may be a little less easy. When you post in the log, let us know how long it took you so we can better judge the typical time it takes for this kind of thing. BYOP (bring your own pen). It's a LOG ONLY cache. Please replace it exactly as you found it so it works properly (you will know what I mean when you see it).
