Not your usual container. We have upgraded to a 2 difficulty. Even though the cache is hidden partially in plain sight some have found it difficult to see. I have put a new container and log. It is in the same spot, still partially in plain view. Good luck.
This is located at the Oscoda Beach Park. Bring your own pencil. HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT, so look carefully. You might need tweezers. While you are here, take a walk on the boardwalk, check out the splash pad, and stroll out onto the pier. It doesn't get any better than this.
