(with apologies to Rodgers and Hammerstein)
Let's start at the very beginning
A very good place to start
When you read you begin with A-B-C
When you cache 'spyü you begin with R-E-S
R-E-S, R-E-S
The first three letters just happen to be
R-E-S, R-E-S
R-E-S-2-1-0-0
(and so on, I'll let someone else finish the lyrics)
Once upon a time (which is another good place to start) Res2100 created the cache 'spyü series and invited other cachers to join him. He's very generous that way! We've done a number of them (including #22, which was our first FTF), but the series is now mostly archived, and I think he's not really looking to resurrect it. Well too bad! He gets this one in tribute for all his contributions to the Geocaching community!
Another reason for putting this one here is that the Cool_easy_cache family has several times enjoyed hiking in Hungry Hollow. This seems to be our favourite access point, but we usually miss it on our first drive past. Maybe having one of our own caches here will help!
This cache is a 1.5 mL micro-centrifuge tube, stuck in a sign. Please write in small print! Please make sure it goes back at a level where the sign covers its back, yet is still low enough to be accessible from a wheelchair. Coordinates were averaged using an Oregon 550.
And now for the cache 'spyü boilerplate:
Bring your own pen\pencil to sign the log.
About the Cache Spew ('spyü) series:
It is obvious that most cachers prefer the quick caches, whether they be drivebys or perhaps only a 100m hike. If you like these quick and easy caches, then you'll love this series. There are so many caches out there now that you can pick and choose which caches you want to find and just pass these caches by if they do not appeal to you. But most people like them, so please respect their decision to find these. Please bring your own pen\pencil to sign the log. If you would like to Spew a Cache too and be part of this series just place your cache, let me know and I will assign the next sequential number in this series to you.
Most importantly...HAVE FUN!
