Cruel and Unusual Traditional Cache

Make sure to bring a pen to this cache in order to sign the logbook. If you dont like "DNFs", do not attempt this cache. This cache is very difficult for a variety of reasons, and is only for the most daring of geocachers. If you plan on finding this cache on your first attempt, you may want to give yourself lots of time. There is a prize for First to Find and it was my goal to make this one of the hardest geocaches in the park. Good luck!

To get to this cache, park at the waypoint and follow the trail for about a half mile to the Water Tower. This is almost entirely uphill so bring water and be prepared for a hike. When you park, the trail to the Water Tower is to the left and will be gravel instead of dirt. Finding this cache requires that you navigate extremely steep terrain so be careful. If you find this cache, please return it the way you found it and sign the logbook. Make sure to zip the bag up tight to prevent water damage as well. This is my second cache and I hope you enjoy it.
