Geocache Description:

A level get away from it all hike in the East Grove section of Torrey Pines State Reserve.See birds rabbits flowers etc.

The cache is in a camoflaged coffee can. It can be approached from 2 directions and is a little more than a mile to the cache from both starting points. The first entrance is at the north end of Flintkote. Park before the gate. About half way you will pass a farm house. The other entrance is 200 feet south of the entrance to Torrey Pines Reserve. CAUTION-You will have to cross busy North Torrey Pines Road to get to the trailhead. This trail can be muddy if it has rained. You will see animal tracks,wildflowers, caves, cliffs and frequently rabbits and trains.
