Congrats PannerQ on being the FTF (partial credit only because he cheated on figuring out how to get the cache)

This is my second hide. more difficult to figure out but should be fun :)

For hints on how to get cache text "TUBULAR FENCE" TO 956-261-8061

This is a pretty neat find. Might be easy for some people, but very hard for others. There is not much parking at the location of the cache, but there is parking about a block away or across the street. This cache is in town, but not exactly in a populated area. You can do this find any time of the day. The name of the cache pretty much tells you what you're looking for. This is a tricky find but dont give up. :) PS. Don't use any additional tools to get this cache and do not tamper with the cache setup. Do not break zip ties, it's not necessary. All you need fir this cache is at the place of the cache. Guys DO NOT break zip ties on this cache. That is cheating. Don't give up so easy. There is a way to reveal the cache. Please take time to figure it out. You can do this! Don't give up :)
