Geocache Description:

Very accessible area and you can park right on the side of the road ( apart from the school crossing).  Enjoy a picnic lunch or smoko under the shady trees.

The container has no room for swaps of any kind and you will also need to bring your own writing stick for this one.

Visit this delightful little park and enjoy the tropical urban evironment - take note of the aboriginal artwork inscribed into the walking track. The history of this park is quite unique - located next to the Police Station, it was orignally the police horse paddock before being used as a World War II petrol dump. During the ensuing period some of these trees have grown into beautiful specimens.

What better way to celebrate my birthday than to hide a new cache. Have fun!

The original cache hide was totally destroyed during Cyclone Yasi and I decided to rehide again for this birthday as this lovely little park calls out to me every time I drive past!!!
