I've always thought that bug season is especially bad between May and July at our summer home in Hancock. Black flies are first, followed by mosquitoes, and finally, deerflies. This cache is to celebrate August, which marks the end of bug season. Hiking and caching become more pleasant, and one can venture out without bug spray, long sleeves, and hats.
The container isn't tiny, but you will need tweezers.
