Seventh Annual Picnic in the Pines Event Cache

Let us gather to say goodbye to summer and hello to fall at the Seventh Annual Picnic in the Pines Event, Sunday, September 27, 2015  Noon to 3pm.  We have a nice, private, secluded picnic area reserved in the Locust Group Area at the Oak Flat Picnic Ground.  There are several tables (some of them shaded), 2-4 serving tables, 3 grills, and a bathroom available nearby.  Grills will be up and ready by noon and volunteers are needed to do the grilling.  

Directions from Albuquerque:  Drive east on I-40 to the Tijeras exit.  Drive south on 337 to Oak Flat Road (about 8.4 miles).  Turn left (or east) and proceed about 1 mile to the Oak Flat Picnic area on the left.  Follow the signs to the Locust Group Area.  When logging "will attend," please indicate the number of people in your party and which dish you will be bringing.  We do not need paper plates, cups, napkins, or utensils.  The number next to the needed item indicates the number of people who need to provide it.
