#1 is a simple multi cache due to proximity to 'Church With a View' GC2WM8D which can easily be grabbed as well after parking up.At the given co-ordinates is a plaque about the origin of the Monkey Bridge's name. You need to visit it to gather the necessary information to find the final cache location just round the corner along the public footpath that starts immediately to the South of the Monkey Bridge.
1. What year did Bostock and Wombwell's travelling menagerie fall in to the rhyne? = ABCD
2. What unusual animal helped to try and free the wagon? Number of letters in this word (plural) = E
Now stop monkeying around and go find the final container at:
N 5A° 2D.(E-D)20
W 002° 4(A+D).C (B-D)0
Please be very careful with what you find inside the final container at #1 and leave it there for the next finder well covered. There are a couple of swaps in the small box containing the log. When walking to the monkey bridge from the layby, the starting footpath for the rest of the series is just over the bridge on the right. Follow this in a NW direction to #2. Please take care crossing the road with munchkins.
Many thanks to Natural England for allowing us to place caches in this SSSI.
