Lovely atmosphere Lovely area Lovely time

This geochache is empty now,but it's only a matter of time before you complete it. Surrounding you makes the world go round, peacefullness (water) and energy (art). An eagle is always watching us from above. As you approach the geochache take notice of the graffiti to your far right and the view of the city to your far left, take a moment and embrace the city of brotherly LOVE. Finally this geochache is located on the Fairmont Dam, but now where is your heart located?
