this is a small green plastic lockable box with log book and pencil.
Hidden along the city steps, a short reach through the railing. These are the Lost City Steps because no one upkeeps these steps anymore and they are going feral. There are lots of weeds and the path is getting overgrown, but it can still be traversed. Little ones might be nervous because although the steps are made from your average city cement- the weeds are crazy. The walkway can still easily be seen... but seriously... the weeds. Its like those ruins you see in Indiana Jones movies where the jungle has started taking them back- hence the name. You may not need a machete- yet.
