About SideTracked Caches

This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. It's a distraction for the weary traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too. More Information can be found at the SideTracked Website

Last in my Rail Cycle Rail Series - and near to Goxhill Station. Please see SideTracked Thornton Abbey - RCR 1 for full information.

About Goxhill Station

Goxhill railway station serves the village of Goxhill in North Lincolnshire, England. It was built by the Great Grimsby and Sheffield Junction Railway in 1848. The station is on the Barton Line 17 miles (27 km) north west of Cleethorpes and all trains serving it are operated by Northern Rail.

It is the last station, when travelling from Cleethorpes towards Barton, to still have two platforms and the original station buildings. The buildings are no longer in railway use (the station has been unstaffed since 1969) and are in private ownership.[1] The station signal box controls a nearby level crossing that still (as of summer 2013) has manually-wound wooden gates rather than modern lifting barriers.

This is close to the station but not on station property. Just a magnetic nano this time, on the back of some transport information! From here there are several more caches you could attempt.
