Knagur Green: Unfortunately there have been no willing local cachers who have come forward to take over the maintenance of this cache. There is no evidence showing that the CO can use to state 100% that the cache is still there unless he himself has been to the island or had a representative go for him, in which case it would have been noted and maintained. The last noted agreed replacement with a local cacher was April 2017. Numerous cases of photo logging have taken place before and after this.
As the CO does not live in Cyprus, and has no maintenance plan I am unwilling to allow the cache to be unarchived by a simple replacement cache, however will look into all facts if a recognised local cacher is willing to take this on within the next 30 days.
After that time the area will be open to any local cacher who would feel they are able to place their own cache in the area
Please note the listing is still being watched and every new log noted, and no photo logging may take place as this is not a virtual cache.
