This is a simple 2 stage multi. GZ should take you to a plaque: "Pinole Creek Demonstration Project". Convert the month of dedication to its numeric value. Add the digits together for the month, day and year to get a 2 digit sum "ab". Count the number of Council Members on line 5 to get "c". Use "ab" and "c" to form a 3 digit number, "abc". Add "abc" to 450 to get your North coords (N38 00.xxx). Subtract "abc" from 749 to get your West coords (W122 17.yyy).
