There are two ways of getting to the geo cache. You can either walk along the coast Eastwards or you can park at the Hive Beach car park and walk alond the left-hand side coastal path. If you park at Hive Beach, you walk along the path for about five minutes. You will get magnificant views of the surrounding areas and the sea. The cache is located in Burton Bradstock and you turn onto Beach Road (if you are travelling by car).Walk along the main coastal path towards Weymouth and walk beside the fence until you get to a pole with two supporters on both sides. The geo cache should be near that pole.
This beautiful corner of Southern England is a part of our coastal heritage so please remember to take nothing but phototgraphs and only leave footprints. Hidden with kind permission from the National Trust Hive Beach Burton Bradstock wardens, Steve Burnard and Rowan Thomson, at DT6 4RF (and thank you Steve and Rowan for the little extra something that went into the geo cache
).
