Rails & Posts is a cache series where the hides are in some of my favorite styles -- quick P&G for keeping streaks going, roads less traveled, and pointing out nearby interesting features. As the series name implies, usual hiding spots are used.
This location overlooks the highway 36 bypass, and the view from the bridge is one of my favorites on my cycling adventures. Interesting fact: I don't know if it was intentional or just overlooked, but the ramp from 36 to this intersection is only marked for turns onto Plank Rd with no marked lane to cross to S. River Rd., even though this road was there well before the bypass.
