Geocache Description:

The cache is placed at a very popular picnic area in the West Coast National Park. In the summer months it is extremely busy so please be careful when you retrieve the cache. There is a fee payable at entry. R60.00 per person & R30.00 for children under 12 years. From Sept - March the Park opens at 07h00 and closes at 19h00. From April - August the Park opens at 07h00 and closes at 18H00. Please bring our own pen.

2016 ENTRANCE FEES TO THE WEST COAST NATIONAL PARK PER DAY: R45 per adult and R22 per child R64 per adult and R32 per child during flower season from 1 August to 30 September Entrance fees for international visitors (without SA ID documents) are more GATE OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES: 1 September to 31 March: 07:00 to 19:00 1 April to 31 August: 07:00 to 18:00 Please take time required to travel and search for caches into consideration. Flower season from 1 August to 30 September: - Postberg will be open from 09:00 to 17:00

Kraalbaai is very popular for its houseboats on the Lagoon. Kraalbaai and neighbouring Preekstoel are amazing beaches on the West Coast Lagoon. Has nice braai areas and with low tide you could walk into the lagoon for long distances.
