The Homer Bridge, some call it the Queenston Bridge, was once the route the QEW took to cross the Welland canal until the Skyway was built. I can remember the toll booths on the Skyway when it first opened, not a great idea to have the traffic flow run smoothly.
The cache is located on the Welland Canal trail and is wheel chair accessible. Parking is available at the Lock 3 complex, at the noted way point just north of the skyway. There is no room for sway and BYOP
