I have noticed quite a few new geocachers lately, so I thought I'd add a a quick note of advice. Bringing your own pen is always a good idea. Some other things you may want to keep in your geo-kit are tweezers, a flashlight, a notepad, small trinkets for swag, and possibly even a screwdriver and scissors. Keep in mind that coordinates are meant to bring you to the general location of the cache. The fun of the game is using your geosense to locate the cache. When you find it, be sure to sign the logbook. Remember if you take anything from the cache, you must leave something in it's place. Replace the cache exactly as you found it. If there are any issues with the cache, report them to the owner. Most importantly, be respectful of the cache and contents, and to the property and land that you are searching on. Happy caching!
