Leirdalen Bilvegen innover fra rv55 til Leirvassbu er 15 km og har ei stigning på 450 meter. Fra Leirvassbu er det merka ruter til mange andre hytter. Etter å ha kjørt 8 km innover dalen, har du Storbreen på høyre side. Her er det en natursti med geologi som tema.
Leirdalen The road into the valley from rv55 to Leirvassbu is 15 km, with an ascent og 450 meters. From Leirvassbu, there are marked walking trails leading to many other cabins. If you drive 8 km into the valley, you will see Storbreen glacier on the right hand side. Here you will find information on glaciers, glacier hiking and geology.
