From this crossroad you can see Fistral beach to the north, and towards Crantock to the south. On one of the adjacent corners to this cache once stood the Seaways Hotel. After having closed down around ten years ago, the hotel was subsequently demolished and the site was left unoccupied for many years. However in the spring of 2015 work began on the new apartment block and two houses, collectively named “Seascape”.
This is a high traffic area all year round, and in the summer months especially so. Some cunning stealth may be required.
