The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but it is somewhere in the land of N44, W124. Solve this puzzle to get the full coordinates of the cache.


One of the great joys in geocaching is spending time with friends. On several memorable occasions, I have placed a cache to memorialize a particularly pleasant outing. Happy to continue that practice with this one. Special thanks to local cacher Aelius for agreeing to maintain this cache!

TO SOLVE THIS PUZZLE: Ten clues follow, each has to do with our trip here today--geese, friends, or pond--but none of the answers is geese, friends, or pond.
